1. What we collect

We collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone (optional), the details of any outing requests you submit, and information about your organization if you create one. Courses you select to receive your request also see those details.

2. Why we collect it

To run the platform: matching requests to courses, sending you quote updates, processing payments where supported, and keeping a history of your past requests so you don’t have to start over for repeat outings.

3. Who sees your information

Courses you choose to send a request to see the request itself plus your contact details. Course staff outside of that request never see it. Platform admins have administrative access to investigate abuse and operate the service.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies for sign-in sessions, saving draft requests, and remembering UI preferences. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.

5. Email

Transactional emails (verification, quote received, booking confirmations) are essential to the service and don’t require additional consent. We don’t send marketing email without opt-in.

6. Your choices

You can edit your profile from the account dashboard, delete saved drafts, and ask us to delete your account by contacting support shown on your confirmation emails. Some records may be retained as required by accounting or legal obligations.

7. Children

GolfOuting is not intended for users under 13. Don’t use the platform if you are under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We’ll publish the final policy here before requiring you to accept it. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page.
