1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or submitting a request through GolfOuting, you agree to use the platform in good faith to plan group golf outings.

2. What GolfOuting does

GolfOuting is a marketplace that helps organizers describe a proposed outing once and reach multiple courses with that single request. We do not sell tee times directly — courses respond with their own quotes and terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for the activity that occurs under your account. Organizations have their own roles (Admin, Organizer, Viewer) which the Organization Admin controls.

4. Submitting requests

Information you provide in a request (event details, player count, preferences, budget, course conditions) is shared with the courses you select. Be accurate — courses respond based on what you tell them.

5. Payments and deposits

Pricing, deposits, cancellation policies, and event-day terms are set by each course on the quote you accept. GolfOuting facilitates communication and (where supported) payment processing but is not a party to the contract between you and the course.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use GolfOuting to spam courses, misrepresent your organization, submit fraudulent requests, or scrape the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Changes to these terms

We’ll publish the final terms here before requiring you to accept them. Continued use of the platform after the terms are finalized constitutes acceptance.
